After trying to lose a bit of weight over the years I was at the verge of giving up. I was at that point where I found that I had to except that my body was filling out and that my tone, firm, muscle days were behind me. Now I could had pushed myself harder, but the fact was that the exercise I needed to do to retain the body that I once had was no longer fun for me and had become very boring. In the early days I had fun doing the exercises that I did and the result was only part of the reward, doing the actual exercises were what I enjoyed but over the years I began to enjoy the jogging, running and aerobics a lot less.

That was until I played Wii Sports Resort on the Nintendo Wii. I have been playing this game for the last 6 months and having not only fun but also amazing results to my body. The game has 12 different sports which I have listed below.

Over the 6 months not only have I enjoyed playing these games but I have also noticed that each one of these 12 sports have helped me tone my body back to the tone and shape that I once had. Take the Swordplay for instance, this game has not only improved mu stamina but it has also helped tone my shoulders and my triceps. The cycling has strengthened my muscles in my legs and the 12 sports put together have given me one of the best work outs ever. Not only this but the enjoyment I get playing with the whole family and socialising with friends have really improved my life in a healthy way.

I have to say that my most favourite game is Frisbee, I tend to play this game when I am out of energy as I can sit down on the sofa and relax while exercising my wrists and forearms. The game has a "Frisbee Golf" section that has to be one of the most enjoyable games that I have ever come across. If you own a Nintendo Wii then you have to buy Wii Sports Resort as this is what the Nintendo Wii was made for. If you don't own a Nintendo Wii then if and when you do buy one, then you only need to buy it with this game to get your full enjoyment out of the console.
